I agree to use by VM Media Group Sp. z o.o. and entities cooperating with the Administrator, telecommunications terminal equipment for direct marketing, in particular, offers sent as text messages, in accordance with Article 172 of the Telecommunications Law. I agree to receive unsolicited commercial communication from VM Media Group Sp. z o.o. by electronic means, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on Provision of Electronic Services. In accordance with Article 13, paragraphs 1 and 2 for the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 of April, 2016 (hereinafter: RODO), we inform that:

4. Recipients of the data include entities necessary to ensure the correct functioning of the service and entities from Via Medica Group. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country;
5. Your personal data will be kept until the withdrawal of said authorization;
6. You have the right to access, rectify, supplement, delete or limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection when you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the law in the field of personal data protection;
8. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide personal data results in the inability to provide services by the Administrator.
9. Your personal data may be a subject to individual profiling, based on the data received in order to appropriate matching of offers and provided services by the Administrator.
10. Your personal data is processed based on your consent. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal.
